RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Scent Storms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report within 24 hours for a replacement.

1.    Eligibility for Returns:

·       You may return an item within 30 days of the delivery date.

·       To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be not used and in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

·        Orders worth 5,000/- Rupees or above are not eligible for return.

 

2.    Return Process:

·       To initiate a return, please contact (WhatsApp 0345 2235951) our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.

·       We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

·       Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

 

3.    Refund Process:

·       Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund.

·       Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used or bank transfer, within 5 to 7 working days.

·       Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

·       Return Charges: If you return an order that was delivered under a Free Delivery or Bundle Offer Promotion, standard delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.

 

4.    Exchanges:

·       Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report within 24 hours for a replacement.

 

·       If you wish to exchange an item for a different Item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the delivery date.

·       We will guide you through the exchange process, subject to product availability.

5.    Damaged or Defective Items:

·       In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours).

·       We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

Please note:

·       Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above may not be accepted.

·       We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items to ensure safe and timely delivery.

·       The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective.
